This is Loveland Engine 5. It is on a Pierce Quantum chassis and was built for one of their firefighters.
This engine spent time as a front line engine for the Loveland Fire Authority here in Colorado. It is a Mack CF600 pumper and is now part of the Loveland Fire’s Museum.
Another La County Fire Engine 51. This one is headed to a retired firefighter in Louisiana. It based upon Engine 51 from the TV Show Emergency.
During the 1970’s this was the most popular fire truck seen on TV. It comes from the TV Show “Emergency” and they ran from LA County Station #51. For a good portion of the show there used an engine built by Ward LaFrance. This is our version of this truck.
This engine was built in 1984 for the Dacono Area Fire Protection District and then later served as Mountain View Fire Engine 71. It is a E-One / Spartan, 1,500 gpm pump with a 1,000 gallon tank.
This truck served Loveland fire as a primary engine and is now a reserve truck. It is on a Spartan chassis with General body with a tele-squirt boom.
I have been wanting to do this for some time, to build a small fleet of trucks. I have decided to use the city that my mother grew up in and I spent some time as a young child. This is the last of the three 1967 American LaFrance 900 Series engine.
